Cantene and Gae Engineering developed the project for Grandi Stazioni. Through a performance based approach, Cantene supported the Life Safety project developed by Gae Engineering. The crowd analysis of the entire station has been developed to support evacuation plans in normal and emergency conditions. CFD analysis has been performed to evaluate thermal effects on glass elements of the facade in case of train fire.
