ARTU – new release
Cantene is going to release the new version of ARTU, the software application for risk analysis in tunnels. The current version of ARTU (released in 2019) specific for longitudinal ventilation tunnels has been used in different tunnels projects in Italy and abroad. The new release (foreseen by the end of 2021) includes a multiscale approach to better describe the fire inside tunnel, in particular for what concerns the smoke stratification (3D effects). The Division of Fire Safety Engineering of Lund University co-developed the software and will write the validation report.
